1. Purpose of Advertising on vdodnld.org
At vdodnld.org, our pledge is to keep 100% of our video downloader engines, audio converters, and extraction tools entirely free for all users worldwide. We do not charge subscriptions, we do not require premium memberships, and we do not sell user data.
To cover the significant operational costs associated with high-bandwidth web hosting, server maintenance, cloud security, and software development, we display non-intrusive advertisements on select pages of our website.
2. Third-Party Advertising Networks & Google AdSense
We partner with third-party advertising companies, primarily Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our website. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
3. The Use of Advertising Cookies & DART Cookies
Third-party ad vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites across the web. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting:
- Google Ad Settings
- Digital Advertising Alliance's Consumer Choice Tool (aboutads.info)
- European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (youronlinechoices.com)
4. Editorial Independence
Our tools, algorithms, recommendations, and guides are developed with complete editorial independence. Advertisers have no influence over our technical decisions, format conversion capabilities, or the performance of our downloader engines. The presence of an advertisement on vdodnld.org does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of the advertised product or service by vdodnld.org.
5. Clear Ad Placement Standards
In accordance with Google AdSense quality guidelines and our commitment to a superior user experience:
- All advertisements are clearly distinguished from website content and labeled as "Advertisement".
- We strictly prohibit misleading ad formats, fake download buttons within ads, deceptive click-triggers, or forced pop-under advertisements.
- Informational and legal pages (such as About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Terms, and Disclaimers) are completely ad-free.
6. Inquiries Regarding Advertising
If you have questions, concerns, or inquiries regarding our advertising practices or an advertisement displayed on our website, please contact us at: ads@vdodnld.org or visit our Contact Us page.
